Tecuan dancers perform La Danza de los Tecuanes, a traditional Mexican Folk dance from Puebla, Guerrero, and Morelos. The word tecuán comes from the Nahuatl term for "man-eater" or wild beast, referring to a jaguar. The dance re-enacts a community hunt for a troublesome jaguar that preys on village livestock and people.

The performance symbolizes the eternal struggle between good and evil, the balance of nature, and the cooperation required for survival in farming communities.

Built exclusively by Castillo Family from Puebla which is very well renowned across the world for their folk artwork specially their fine Skulls, Trees of Life and other Day of the Dead ceramic painted pieces.
